Bhushan is an experienced credit investor and lending platform builder with over 20 years of experience across lower mid-market and mid-market credit, structured lending, and portfolio governance.
Previously, Bhushan founded Pareto Capital Partners, where he originated and structured bespoke lower mid-market credit transactions across special situations, growth capital, and cashflow-backed lending.
Bhushan has held senior credit leadership roles at Tractor Ventures and Prospa, where he worked across credit strategy, portfolio construction, institutional funding readiness, and asset-backed warehouse funding. At Prospa, he contributed to cumulative loan originations exceeding $1bn across Australia and New Zealand and had direct oversight of a $400m+ active credit portfolio.
Bhushan brings hands-on experience across origination, underwriting, structuring, portfolio diagnostics, and institutional credit execution, with a focus on disciplined credit strategies that perform across cycles.
Bhushan holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce.
