Leo is a senior distribution and platform specialist with over 20 years’ experience across funds management and financial services.
He has built and led national distribution strategies, driving growth through platform partnerships, licensee relationships and scalable managed portfolio solutions. Leo has a strong track record of securing platform access and translating investment capability into commercial outcomes.
Prior to joining Rixon Capital, Leo was Director, Key Accounts & Platforms at Russell Investments, where he led distribution team and key relationships, and contributed to the growth of the firm’s multi-asset and private markets offering.
At Rixon Capital, Leo is responsible for leading distribution and investor engagement, with a focus on expanding access to private credit strategies across the Australian market.
